RASPBERRY

Rubus ideaus

Wild raspberry leafs  are picked up in order to use for health. The leaves are picked up one by one and dried in an airy, shaded place or in a drying chamber, (the heat shouldn’t exceed 50ºC). This plant includes tanning material, pectin, VitC and organic acids. It can be used as expectorant and for stomach, kidney and urethra problems. Mixture with daisy used against anaemia for children.

Tea preparation: 1.5-3.0 table spoon of minced leaves used with a bowl of water. Raspberry leaves are the basic materials in order to prepare alcohol free relaxing drinks. The fermented leaves can be used as a real tea, too. Its fresh fruits also have medical properties. Can be used for an antipyretic by preparing a syrup with sugar

Papaver rhoeas

Has sedative, antitussive,  mucolytic effects

 

ROSEHIP

Rosae caninae

It’s   especially rich in VitC . Used against costive and it gives power, too. Also used  in case of diabetes

 

ROSEMARY LEAF

Rosmarinus officinalis

Used internally for costive, stimulating the digestive system,  increasing bile and urine; and used externally in order to heal inflamed wounds.
